这样过圣诞：喷香姜饼
老外过圣诞节，传统的会做姜饼屋。那个太费功夫，何况做了也没有人看，于是，早就想着，要做个简约版的。只是姜饼而已。真的，好简单啊。
先来看方子：
原料：
面粉150g、黄油125g、砂糖适量、香草精1/2茶匙、姜粉1茶匙、肉桂粉2/3茶匙
做法：
1、黄油室温放软，分数次加糖粉，打蛋机打均匀；
2、加入筛好的低筋面粉及姜粉、肉桂粉、香草精，搅拌均匀；
3、夹在油纸中擀成4-5mm的厚度，放入冰箱30分钟后取出；
4、案板上撒面粉，将冰好的面皮用模具刻出形状；
5、烤箱预热180度，180度烤15分钟左右即可。
上面一部分拗了造型的，是要送给在宜兴的Anyfun和他的宝贝女儿的；样子难看点儿的，就跟一群粉欣赏偶手艺的知识渊博的大叔们分享了。可惜烤箱小，一炉才没有多少块，只能每个人尝尝而已了。想到这些大叔们现在正在我们周末聚会的古董店里面等着我的饼干，就很开心啊。
糖的分量我向来放得少。所以这次的做出来也不很甜，但香得不得了。我一直喜欢姜的味道。姜和肉桂，都是温热的，正好适合这个季节。
饼干，真是最最容易的西点啊。

昨天送姜饼给各位大叔们吃，结果，被请客晚饭，在普素，那里的石锅拌饭好好吃哦，打算下个礼拜哪天的午饭叫外卖来吃。
另外，今天在网上看到姜饼的源起。本来只知道是圣诞节的应景点心，却不知道缘由。原来，吃姜饼可以让来年有姻缘啊。嘻嘻。
这是今天又烤的一炉，造型拗得有腔调吧？嘻嘻
姜饼由来:---
据说，姜饼屋起源于十字军东征，当时姜是一种昂贵的进口香料，只舍得用在圣诞节、复活节这样重要的节庆。后来人们发现，把姜加入蛋糕、饼干中可以增加风味，并有驱寒的功用。久而久之，姜饼屋就成为圣诞节应景点心。
姜饼除了是世界知名的圣诞点心外，在欧洲还有一种“姜饼市集”，会依季节的不同提供不同形状的姜饼。在德国，纽伦堡号称“姜饼之都”。后来德国民间在十九世纪初期,开始流行制作姜饼屋,并逐渐成为耶诞节的应景食物,意义相当於我国春节的年糕.不过,当时的做法讲究实用,造形简单,不同於现今较为著重装饰功能.在英国，还流行着一个传说：未婚女子吃下姜饼，即能遇见理想的伴侣。
